[Note about accomodation package and packages that include accomodation] conditional first-come first-served basis By 'conditional first-come first-served basis', rooms that are left after Phase 1 application will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Please note that accomodation for July 29(Fri) and 30(Sat) may sell out, therefore the application may be closed.

Waiting list to book cancelled accomodation (by lottery)

2 person rooms (Naeba Prince Hotel, Naeba/Asagai area, Sarugakyo area, Mitsumata/Tashiro area), 2 person rooms in (Echigo Yuzawa - Inn/Hotel [1]) and 2 person rooms in (Echigo Yuzawa - Inn/Hotel [2]) will operate a waiting list for fully booked packages. Application for this lottery based waiting list is now open.
